Obviously Alex Martins is going to stand there and say positive things about Frank Vogel and the direction we're headed. But, even knowing that, I think it's significant how he answered the question about Skiles leaving being a blessing in disguise. He was, of course, still plenty diplomatic about it. But he still said that one door closing is another door opening, and that they believe this door could be a more successful one. To me, I think that's significant, because just a handful of months ago, I don't believe Alex Martins would have been willing to talk about Skiles in any kind of negative fashion (obviously he wouldn't have, since Skiles was still on the team, but just hypothetically). I think it shows an overall deterioration in the relationship between Skiles and not just Hennigan, but the entire organization.

After that presser i am 95% positive we will hear a lot about secondary FAs like Noah, Bazemore, Batum and Biyombo. He wants hard nosed defensive leaders that put it out on the floor. I obviously think we'll be reaching out to the big names KD, LBJ, Derozan, etc... but the only one i thought we might have had a chance at was KD but if they make the finals he's not going anywhere.

Noah would be a great shout to back up Vucevic if he'd accept that role, we're in a position where after approaching the big names and getting knocked back we can overpay on someone like Noah and make it a 2 year with team option in the second year to keep cap for next year. Even if we snagged Horford we could still sign Noah and move AG down to 3

Oladipo/Hezonja
Gordon/Fournier
Horford/Draft/Smith
Vucevic/Noah/Dedmon

He would do great things for our defence, culture, and locker room, a true pro who loves to compete and loves defence
