New Arena events/news

Post#1 » by Orange Ave. » Wed Jul 23, 2008 4:51 pm

Groundbreaking for the new Events Center on Friday from noon to 2 with Magic personalities, free giveaways

http://www.nba.com/magic/news/Public_In ... 05-66.html

Also, Orlando All-Star game possible in 2012/2013

http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/loc ... 6904.story

Personally, I'd rather wait to have it in 2013 to show off the 2nd largest convention center in America as opposed to having it in 2012 using the stinking executive airport off Colonial Dr.

C'mon, it'll be magical, you could get a used needle or a cap in your Bag-O-Dirt. Wouldn't you like that?? Wouldn't ya? An infected hypodermic needle and a picture with Bo Outlaw? Maybe spin the prize wheel too?

I hope you don't take offense to what I said one might find in a Bag-O-Dirt giveaway, Courtside.

I want a suite. Wow. Big roomy living room AND 12 posh seats for your entourage.

I'll be there just to see whats going on. Got nothing better to do.

Any other members going?

And no i don't take offense to the bag of dirt comment although they took down the 3 palm trees which pisses me off.. Those were nice trees! I guess they'll bring in newer ones.

If you turn right on hughey from the current arena heading west bound, you follow the road about 3-4 lights and you'll get to church street. About a 2 minute drive if there is no traffic or lights.

Wow that is one of the stupidest things I have ever heard lol. I hope no one is going for their dirt and picture with a shovel. Maybe you can sell the dirt for a lot on Ebay lol.
