Is it just me...slow GM?

Is it just me or has RealGM gotten real slow? Every page now seems to load way to slow. Did it happen when they added all the new graphics or what? All I know is I get tired of waiting and just leave. And that is not something I really want to do. I am on high speed from Bright House so I know it is not my speed. Any of you having this problem?

i'm not having any problems. If you're using firefox get ad-block plus. It helps with loading speeds here tremendously.

Actually since we moved to the new style I hadnt really set up anything and the site has been running a little slow for me.

I've just re-done my Ad Block Plus - basically blocking everything, but making sure that the scripts are enabled so I dont get a horrible mess at the top. Runs 100% smoother and quicker.

I've been having a lot of probs with the site, without OpenDNS I couldn't even reach it lol
must be some tech issues for sure

and no I haven't had any issues with the site being slow

I've hacked my hosts file to redirect some advertising domains to 127.0.0.1 so it's (and other sites) working fine for me

Yeah, this site is mega-slow. There hasn't been anything to talk about for months.

I think it's because that wiretap headlines takes a long time to load. As well as the advertisements. That's what seems to slow it down for me.
