I think its kind of funny.....I wonder why exactly he wants to work in the Magic organization?

He's been mentioning this for years now. IIRC, he once mentioned it was because DeVos and the Magic gave him his start (or something along those lines).....

But sure, I wouldn't mind it. Not really sure I'd want him as a GM though.

Shaq, Ewing, and Dwight all in one organization. I think if Shaq's brought in slowly, he is mentally smart enough to eventual be President of Basketball Operations.. Give him jobs within the organization to get him into the mindset of running a basketball organization, Jordan I think jumped into things too soon, and may eventually be better than he has been. But Shaq knows how to win in the new-age NBA, so that's a plus. Jordan only knew how to win rings the old school way.. IMO two different games.
