Jameer down with a groin strain. Day to day. SVG started to send Peaches out in the 4th and then called him back. He said post-game that he felt MP was not a good match-up with the two small guards the Bucks were playing.

LOL, Dwight's turkey carving fail is SO much worse than Hedo's. Hedo had the excuse because he didn't celebrate Thanksgiving. Come on Dwight, at least get creative and have Stuff help or something.
Also, I can't believe Dwight said AJ played a great game.

Anyway, heard most of Stan's postgame on the radio.
Up until the last 3 minutes he was very happy with our performance considering the injuries and Dwight's foul trouble.
That 33 free throw difference basically won us the game.
He was very pleased with JJ's play tonight.
Pietrus didn't play the 4th because of the tiny Lue and Sessions backcourt and that Hedo was needed at SF to play the point.
We won't know how bad Jameer's injury is until tomorrow but expect to see a lot of Anthony Johnson at the point. When he's getting a blow, Hedo and Lee will take on the remaining duties.
Don't expect Lee and JJ to be on the court together much as it was only done tonight because AJ was not going to be able to play the entire 2nd half.

Also, on bringing in a 3rd point guard. Stan said that him and Otis have been looking all season, but now they may have to make a more rushed decision.

Scott Anez is hoping that Jameer has a similar groin injury to what Hedo had in the preseason and that he'll only miss 2-3 games.

JJ thought he played well except those 2 bonehead plays at the end and that he's finding a rhythm about where his shots will come from with the minutes he's received the past games. Says he really needs to make his shots late. He sounds even more confident after every game.

Anthony Johnson sounds mentally (Please Use More Appropriate Word), I'm not trying to be offensive but his facial expressions and his interviews just make it sound like he's an airhead.

Sucks that Jameer goes down just as he's playing so well. Hopefully this doesn't mess up his rhythm.

Not the best game by any stretch of the imagination but some good points.

The bust that is CLee comes in and does his job admirably, and not just that, down the stretch so much so we were running a Redick on for offense, Lee on for defense rotation in the final minute between FT's.

And on to Redick, his last 2 plays werent great, but if you rag him on that you have to rag Dwight on his FT's ... AND his TO's in the final minutes, and thats not going to happen. Just another solid game from Redick given minutes.

Nelson going out sucks, hopefully he wont be out long, I mean he was rocking right up until he had to go out ...

But disappointed with the finish of the game, various failures to ice the game between easy misses and TO's from Dwight [yes the ref sucked with his 3 sec calls, but after, what 3 of them, Dwight should play it safe and not given them the chance to blow].

Least we got the W.

I don't think Jameer will be worse when he comes back. It wasn't that he didn't have a shooting stroke before, it was that he was trying so dang hard to get everyone involved. The big difference between recent play and his play when he was inconsistent is that he has been aggressive and looked to score lately. As long as he keeps it in his mind that he is Tony Parker and not Steve Nash, he'll be just fine.

As for this groin, apparently he's been nursing it for a while. Nah, we don't need a 3rd PG. We're fine with an already injured player and a 45 year old.

I have to say one of the funniest moments during the game last night was during the timeout in the 3rd quarter they did the "Kiss Cam" and one of the couples was Stuff and Mick Foley next to each other and Stuff gave Mick Foley the "mandible claw". If anyone watched the WWF back in the day you know what I am refering to. Just thought that was pretty funny.

Just one amusing observation. Before the game, Boguns comes out in his suit, and the other players greeted him with the standard hugs, pats, and chest bumps. Then Marchin came up, bent over and wrapped Keith in a big bear hug, put his head on his shoulder and held him for quite a while, rather like a parent comforting a distraught child. It was simultaneously sweet and very funny. I'm sure Keith found it uncomfortable, LOL.
