Great perimeter defense this game especially Iguodala who shut Roy down. I really think being on team USA has helped him. He makes more crisp passes, his jumpshot looks a little better, but his defense has become elite in my eyes. Just because a player scores on you or gets past you once or twice does not mean anything.

Best thing I saw from Iguodala tonight was talking to Holiday in the fourth quarter. Leaders do that type of thing, you know young guy is down, just gets his fifth foul and Iguodala did what you would expect from a leader.

He has to figure out quickly that this isn't Ohio State or the Big Ten. Turner seems like he is just waiting for the offense to be completely centered around him getting the ball. He doesn't cut off the ball, post-up, set picks, participate in pick and rolls or give and go's.

He jsut stands there waiting for the ball and for the entire team to play off of him, The kid sees passing angles better than Turner and has a great handle for a two, but if you start every play from getting the ball at a standstill outside of the 3 pt. line and your name isn't LeBron, you will not be successful.

It is like the guy is not a part of the team. Maybe he is just in the process of figuring it all out, but he shows so little energy and involvement on the offensive end you can't keep starting him. Enough babying the guy, draft status means nothing, make him buy in and play the game like a pro to earn his minutes.

He is told to stand there!!! The team plays offense 4 on 5 when he is in the game. It is crushing his confidence and his developement. The one thing we heard before doug got here was how he was tough on young players and ruins there confidence and I can see why.

He got into foul trouble in the first half and ended up fouling out late (not sure if you saw the game, or just going by the box). He didn't have great stats but he was effective at getting to the rim.

The only thing im worried about on this team is hawes and his minutes. the guy simply does not cut it as a starting center. I dont see how you can continue justifying starting the guy with the amount of mental errors he makes throughout games. turner needs time to figure it all out in a whole new offensive system and him playing a different role that will come. I am all for having meeks start in place of turner i think he would fit in well with jrue and iguodala on the court he can really open things up. If not starting he should atleast be the first guy off the bench and not lou williams.

He isn't Ben Wallace, he's obviously in the starting lineup over Lou, Meeks, Thad etc because he can contribute on both sides of the floor. It's up to him to actually produce on the court however.

Absolutely false. Are you kidding me? Told to stand there? Besides, the only person that ruins your confidence is yourself. Turner needs to get in the game and be more involved on the offense. He is plenty gifted to adapt to his new role, but if he's going to get used to it more quickly he needs to be a lot more active.

Actually, it was Elton Brand that really was the reason that they won. Elton is able to play one on one against ALdridge defensviely. Thus letting the wing players just play their man. Elton is the key to the defense on a nightly basis. He blocks shots and is the only physical presence in there. Battie is good also but he is a 15 minute guy. If they can single up on the inside then there isn't any open 3 point shots.

Put Turner on the bench. Let him play PG with Williams at SG on the second unit. Hopefully he can produce there, while learning how to play off the ball in practice so he can play with Iguodala and Holiday.
