man there are so many ways this thing could go.
Henson and Sullinger?
their skill sets matchup but its really hte same position. Henson is not a center.
few things happening today that i think are interesting.
We are meeting with Jeremy Lamb(wasnt told workout, was told meeting) and we are still talking aggressively with GSW but are looking for a third team to trade Richard Jefferson or Biedrins too to maybe do a three way deal for #7.
also told if we dont trade iguodala tonight...we would aggressively pursue an iguodala for gasol, jefferson or josh smith after draft.

He won't be there at 15.
oh believe me i am happy about that.......I just hope we dont consider him if he is.
barring a drop down from a guy expected to go much higher...
i think terrence ross is the pick if he is there.
if not....terrence jones......
they are doing alot of homework on jared sullinger right now...so possible he is kinda 2a/2b with t.jones right now.
This is all assuming there is no trade up.
If we do not trade to GSW or TOR....I think we may try and get to 11 or 12 if a guy like henson falls.....
this draft could go one of many ways...really hard to predict.
There are also those in Front Office who if we trade up to 7 or 8 want Waiters over a big man and grab a big man at 15 if we kept the pick.
But assuming no trade up...and no major drop...I think Ross will be gone and we go for Terrence Jones or Sullinger.
sixerfan1976 wrote:i think if we do a deal draft night its golden state but i am not sure we want to take on a contract like Beans or Jefferson. GSW may be thinking if someone falls we may be more willing to do it....so its a cat and mouse approach.

Do you think if the iguodala trade fizzles, we will go after Rivers and do a small trade up to get him?
possible but i think they like ross slightly more last i heard. But they have them both rated very close.
Austin projects as their new Lou where ross could be a starter.

And what is their offer?
have no idea

sixerfan1976 wrote:Yeah i really feel like they are after henson more so than drummond. Gsw and toronto the targets in a tradeup. They want to keep fifteen in either scenario. Ross or rivers is the 15 target and would trade up again to nab one potentially. Gonna be active draft, i am excited
sixerfan1976 wrote:i think they will draft a wing unless someone like henson drops. I do not see Perry Jones, Terrence Jones or Moultre happening. I do not get the sense they love drummond. I mean if Andre was traded for a shooter...then i could see them going after a big guy.
I really think they are trying to get the Andre thing sorted quickly so they know what their needs are in the draft.
They seem to think that lavoy and Nik are going to be top reserves for them. I do not see either starter unless depth was depleted by a major trade.
sixerfan1976 wrote:getting a real sense that are heavily interested in henson, in addition to Ross,Waiters and Rivers that were previously mentioned.
I think Lou, Spencer, Andre,Elton will be gone.
Getting a sense that Turner is staying but things are everchanging.
You guys dont like it..but I hear kris Humphries will be one of the first calls on july 1. They of course will call Deron......but do not see that going anywhere.
sixerfan1976 wrote:Iguodala is the one going........
If we grab Ross or Waiters or Beal(longshot), Turner slides to SF
Thats how its gonna shake out..........if we trade Andre for a big man.

The guy who will be the architect of this team going forward is making these decisions.

Those are the reports (about ET), but I'm dubious. We'll see for real half-way through next season.
Carry on...
