I like bland!

The Celtics uniforms are bland. The Best Sixers uniforms ever were bland.

Yeah, but I'd rather just outright standardize throwbacks as our mains, then. The current Sixers uniforms have all kinds of border and shading issues.

Saw this over on Sixers reddit, its the 2015 Draft Cap. I believe its the first new gear with the PHILA as well as our new logo, pretty cool.

Hello Sixers Fans! I'm an Orlando fan with a couple of mild questions about all of your second round picks...

Congrats on picking up all the draft assets along the way, but won't your GM be at a trading disadvantage now that you have so many second round picks this year?

I'm not trolling. You got a (stashed Euro) player you wanted from us AND a protected pick back last year for swapping #10 and #12. Good move for you guys.

But I don't know how many player slots you have next season vs. the 6 draft choices you currently have for June 25th. Yes, some second rounders will be stash candidates. But what are the actual numbers of players that you currently have and would like to keep for next season?

If there is another thread or a specific page you can refer me to for these discussion, please do. I'm curious about the market for 2nd round picks this year and how your 5 are going to sway things now that you've done all that work to get them.

Currently we got 9 players under contract:

Wroten/Canaan
Thompson
Covington/Sampson
Noel/Grant
Embiid/Aldemir

Out of those 9, IMO only 4 have real value (Embiid/Noel/Covington/Grant), everybody else is close to worthless. So in my mind we have 11 open roster spots. My prediction for the draft is out of the 6 picks, 3 will make the team and the other 3 stashed or traded.

Im expecting a consolidation of 2nd rounds or to just flat out sell one or two, personally.

I thought it was in each, but I'm not finding what pick in that hail storm of trades was sold in 2013.
In 2014 they sold 60, although they did a 1 for 2 trade before that so you could view it as moving down for cash.

Im shocked you don't have that in your gigantic file cabinet of 6ers / CBA related documents.

I could also see him trading a couple of those 2nds for future 2nds.

Embiid is massive and not in a bad way. All that fake fat must have turned into real muscle.

Does anyone think this looks a little busy?

David Lee is way old for this team and he is probably on the decline but is he the kind of veteran player that could help Noel, Saric, etc... develop? LMAM is a special case veteran. Do you think we should only be trying to sign the coming stars like Leonard and Butler?

Who are some former-star vets that you think would be good role models and teachers.

No to Kawhi and Jimmy. Doubt they'd consider Philly anyway.

I'd take David Lee if they included 30. He can teach Nerlens/JoJo a few things I'm sure. Dario is a completely different style of play compared to Lee though.
