Embiid is 7'2" in sandals?!? If he can get a clean bill of health, the rest of the league is ****.

Is anyone else dreading the potential Friday afternoon long weekend bury bad news dump for Embiid this week?

Legitimately feel like the chances for him playing this year go up if there is no news by Monday.

I had the same thought. 7'2 in sandals is pretty amazing. Of course, we have no idea what type of sandals he is talking about.

He was 7'1 in shoes last year.

I wish we could just have some official measurements in socks. Could he really have grown an inch since last year? I wonder if his wingspan is longer too?

I wonder if he HAS grown.

When I first saw this photo from the uniform reveal I noticed that the difference between him and Noel seemed larger. I assumed that it was just a photoshopped image that made it appear so, but maybe not.

Here is one from last year to show the difference between the two.

He's referring to seeing him do it at practice and we've all seen him do that sort of stuff in a similar environment at pregame.

Numerous clips of him shooting the ball from all over the court and doing coo stuff.

Speaking of monsters, I watched the "Wilt 100" show on NBATV the other day. There's some good video of Wilt. He was so long and HUGE. Joel is like that but not as strong. If you haven't seen the show, check it out.

Photoshop. They likely weren't photographed together. Whoever combined them probably just took a best guess on sizing. Don't read too much into it.

None of us know whether Embiid is fine or not. Is it too hard to just wait until the team releases info than to have baseless speculation?

i have faith in my boys lawyer who has spoken with embiid about it apparently, hoping to get more info tommorow when i see him
