Embiid knows he's the franchise player. I swear he's got elements of Shaq and Ali in him. He's going to be the most popular player in the league.

But wow. He basically is saying "Hinkie was wronged and his plan is about to pay massive dividends."

I bet he is also greatly appreciative of Hinkie convincing him to have the second surgery.

Talked to a buddy who works in the industry and had dinner with him in Vegas among other people. Everyone at the table had wine except for him. "Said he doesn't drink. The kid only cares about basketball. He's going to be a freak."

you should have. Or at least tried to alter the image of Hinkie he had in his head (dancing monkey who just wanted to tank/loser forever). Regardless, pretty good info.

Finally a good GM....my cod oh my cod!!! The more time I spend on the board the deeper I descend into the niche outside of the Matrix. Spending time here you get the good the bad and sometimes the crazy. But for the most part you can come away thinking "I may not agree with everything but some good points were made!"

On the outside, in the Matrix, so many fans and people in "the know" believe what they hear on TV and what is said on the radio, without doing a little personal research it's amazing.

It's almost like everyone is singing off tune but because everyone is off tune the majority say it sounds good.

Or maybe it's just me.
