I find it deeply troubling that the team that hold's the current 3 pointers allowed record is the last team Jordan coached for a complete season.

Makes you wonder what Larry Brown could do with this team if he were still here....

give Larry Brown 6 guys who can score 20 any given night(AI, Iggy, Thad, Brand, Lou, Speights) and have them play defense the way he has the bobcats playing defense, and I think you guys may have yourselves a team who could contend...

oh the what ifs in life...

Totally agree.

Well they ARE the #1 ranked defense in the entire league.

There is no question that if they had better production on offense, they'd be a a legit playoff team.

Except when he says "if they don't bite as puppies, they won't bite as dogs".

the man's a walking contradiction.

Well, to be fair, he did not say ALL of the blame.

Holiday is sitting out the third straight game with a strained right rotator cuff. Jordan said he's still sore and his range of motion isn't where it needs to be --- plus, they want to be cautious with him to minimize the chances of the injury continuing to be a problem.

Pistons won't have Ben Gordon (sprained ankle), in addition to veterans Rip Hamilton (sprained ankle) and Tayshaun Prince (lower back).

looks like the Sixers read Toms article on their 3 pt defense tonight. just not enough to get the win against a bad team.

Actually, they lucked into playing a team that shoots worse from deep then they did last year while also missing their worst shooter. No credit deserved for their "defense" here.

So, 50 PTS for Trevor Ariza? Sad thing is, it's possible.

"It’s like having a gorilla on your back” said Iverson of the losing streak. “I was telling them the next game we win is going to be one of the hardest games ever because everything has been downhill."

Jordan: "With Allen, we’ve been disjointed offensively. We’re trying to fit him in on the fly."

Iguodala on wide-open 3-pointer he missed that would've put Sixers ahead: "I was a little surprised. I didn’t know I’d be that open."

2 games in and he's blaming Allen. When will Jordan take responsibility for anything. He controls who is on the court. This guy has excuses for everything.

Eddie Jordan: a dumbass.

Is anyone up for calling John Cheney or at the very least some of his former assistants? I wanna bring Philly basketball back: tough, hard nosed D with the desire to win.

Atkins fell down trying to get through Brand's screen. Didn't matter.
