Prediction for Lottery and the Sixers pick

Sixers will end up with about 28 wins. they will have a <10% chance of winning a top 3 pick in through the lottery.
So I'd say there is about an 85% likelihood that the Sixers end up with a pick in the 7-10 range, while one or more of the teams that wins a top 3 pick will have lost only 2 more games than the Sixers.
Very reminiscent of 2007 when the Sixers won 3 and 4 more games than the teams that ended up with the top 2 picks. And that was after a 18-7 closing run.
