This is just beautiful.

$50 says if that was Jermain Defoe, he would have been on the touchline by the time that through ball was delivered

I'm a big Welbeck fan, would love to see him or Chichadoritos playing for us.

Fazio in, Chiriches out is the news.

I rate Fazio enough, he's a tank and I trust Poch's judgement. He can't be any worse than Dawson and Kaboul, probably means that any Musacchio deal is off though.

Welbeck has no talent. Average player.

Chicha is very very similar to Soldado.

No need for those players.

I agree with Massimo on Chicharito. He's like Soldado without the playmaking ability, a pure poacher. He would be redundant at Spurs, for sure.

Why is Vlad out? I'm definitely a fan of his...though he's more Jan (average in the air, solid pace and attacking talent) than Dawson (slow, but great in the air, blonde).

Apparently, he's going to Roma. It's possible that they're offloading him because they can't get rid of Dawson or Kaboul.

I won't say i'm a fan but i was hoping for one more season of evidence. As things stand, he seems to have a case of the David Luiz; more talented on the ball than he is defending in and around the box. Also, he is almost non-existent defensively in the air.

Generally speaking regarding centre-backs, i think we're getting to a dangerous place where skill on the ball has become so hip that their primary responsibilities are now an afterthought in assessment. Nesta and Cannavaro must have rolled in their graves when Luiz fetched 50 mil.

Are the Spurs really this good or is QPR just really bad? Fun to watch so far either way

Genuinely bummed you guys won't be bringing in Sachi. He and Jan would've been a really strong duo that were nasty on the ball.

Actually, word is we're looking into bringing in an even bigger crush of yours; Fabian Schar.

Lamela looked incredible all match. He looked several gears faster than QPR, several seconds quicker in processing the game and several inches better in settling the ball. He looks so much more confident and I'm so happy for our metrosexual.

He really was a revelation. Finally watching the first half now and he's literally pointing out where his teammates should pass to other teammates. Vision is great.

There's nothing more satisfying than mugging off Harry. We looked utterly brilliant besides one or two defensive lapses (Kaboul again?). It was partly down to QPR being bad and having that slug Ferdinand at the back, but also because we were incredibly fluid. I'm actually pretty hopeful for taking on Liverpool at home now, which feels mad given how that fixture ended up last season.

Lamela was dominant, Ade played well, Chadli looked every bit the player we signed and Dier scored again! In short we're going to win the league.

Spoiler:
... Maybe the Europa league

Spoiler:
... Maybe the League cup.

Spoiler:
We're going to come 6th

 Feel the same. If you want a good laugh though, watch Dunne on that third goal. Gets beat multiple times.

Dawson to Hull is now official. Fee is unclear, but a local paper says around £3m.

Signing Fazio now looks inevitable, and while i have quickly developed faith in Poch's decision-making, i would prefer Musacchio or Schar. Especially the latter, because the price is likely to be reasonable.

Great guy and a tremendous servant of the club. Sad to see Dawson go, but from a footballing perspective it's been some time coming. He's been a step slow for a while now. Hope he does well at Hull.

During the latter part of the season we qualified for the CL ahead of City, he was unbelievable. But he hasn't been up to scratch for some time now and it is right that he moves on.

Btw, those Chriches-to-Roma reports turned out to be crap, eh?

Good signing by Tottenham. He will be a good fit next to Vertonghen.
