Manager's Best XI

Buffon;
Cafu, Terry, Thiago Silva, Maldini;
Lampard, Pirlo, Zidane;
Kaka;
Shevchenko, Ibrahimovic.

Substitutes: Cech; Cole, Nesta; Gattuso, Seedorf; Drogba, Inzaghi.

He's coached so many great players

For Mourinho (Porto-Chelsea-Inter-Real), I'd have

Cech
Maicon-Carvalho-Terry-Cole
Makelele
Essien-Lampard
Robben-Drogba-Ronaldo

Subs: Cesar; Zanetti, Lucio; Deco, Alonso, Sneijder; Eto'o

For Guardiola (Barca-Bayern), I guess you add Lahm, Neuer and maybe Ribery to the 09-11 Barca side or simply add Messi to the current Bayern side.

wenger

Seaman
dixon-campbell-adams-cole
Gilberto-Viera
Fabregas
Bergkamp Henry Pires

subs: lehmann, Wright , Ljunberg , keown , Parlour ,Winterburn

i'm young so I don't remember too much from the old arsenal side that wenger inherited with players like winterburn/keown. Not sure where they fit but thats the best wenger one I can draw up. Probably missing someone or two.

yeah overmars was a great player but I dont think he spent enough time underwenger to justify putting him there over ljunberg/pires. Would have been even greater had he not been so injury prone IIRC

Wenger:

-----Seaman
Thuram Adams Campbell Cole
-----Viera Fabregas
-----Overmars Bergkamp Henry
------Weah

Capello might be GOAT though:

--------Buffon
Cafu Baresi Cannavaro Maldini
Nedved Viera Davids Laudrup
------Raul Ronaldo

This while leaving out Redondo, Hierro, Roberto Carlos, Del Piero, Totti, Rooney, Casillas, Terry, Lampard, Seedorf, Beckham, Van Nistelrooy, Zlatan, Rio, Cole ......................... too many to name.

I can't think of a manager that had more talent.

Jupp Heynckes:

I tried to create a starting eleven, but it is impossible to choose. And I am sure I forgot a lot of top players as well.

Neuer, Lahm, Matthäus, Roberto Carlos, Effenberg, Raul, Seedorf, Effenberg, Redondo, Alaba, Schweinsteiger, Ribery, Robben, Müller, Sagnol, Lucio, Ze Roberto, Toni Schuhmacher, Klose, Jean-Marie Pfaff, Hierro, Mijatović, Davor Šuker, Brain Laudrup, Ballack, Andreas Köpke, Jürgen Kohler, Stefan Reuter, Guti, Jay-Jay Okocha, Andreas Brehme,....
