My homer pick would be 2006 @ home. Great atmosphere, friendly host, exciting games, and all our stadiums built / improved boast high spectator numbers - e.g. Bayern's AllianzArena, Schalke's Veltins Arena, BVB's Signal Iduna Park or the AWD Arena of 96. Even Leipzig is slowly catching on, and may pass my crappy Lautern who battle an oversized stadium :rofl:

One of the WORST officiating. But players were scoring goals left and right. Nice. Happy with how the World Cup ended but disappointed in my national team. Oh well, European Championship is next on my radar :)
