Happy with the win. Suarez is starting to gel with the team. We will need him in the later stages of the CL and against Real.

Villareal actually has a decent squad with dos santos and that young argentinian kid who I forget his name.

Busquets could miss the second tie with Man City and the Clasico with his injury

That sucks. Hopefully hes not needed against Man City. I dont think he did anything in that much though. Not necessarily because of his play, but because man city played like ass and he had no pressure.

Apparently Hammy will not play in the clasico. Hes to scheduled to come back after.

Yeah James was supposed to come back mid April, but he's now scheduled for early April. Will be out for el clasico either way.

yeah that was beautiful. J-mezzy is right madrid's midfield is nonexistent. They need to switch back to that system when bale was injured.

**** midfield disaster man. Isco and Illarra has been non-existent so far. Pepe is driving me nuts as well.

so we lost La Liga in a week.

No kind of chemistry with this team- idk if that's because of the lack of James and Modric, but it's clear as day.

Also, that was probably the worst officiated game I've seen all season.

Missing both Modric and James has proved to be too much. Best hope for Madrid is to get both of those guys back and switch to the system that was used during the best moment of the season.

I don't even know where to start. All I know is I've been complaining about the way Real have been playing since December and it's not hard to see why. So uninspiring, lacking intensity, no passion etc etc. Unable to create anything in attack, crossing just for the sake of crossing.

Midfield is playing like pure trash. Furthermore, Ronaldo needs to get his ass back on the wings and get himself more involved with creating chances for the team. Not contributing in that area hurts the team, especially now that both Modric and James aren't playing.

Ancelotti is overrated.

Great CL-manager, but mediocre in the league.

That's why Mourinho and Guardiola are so much better than the rest. They can do both(CL/cup competitions and leagues)
Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash, Kevin Garnett, Toni Kroos, Pep Guardiola, Ernst Happel, Joachim Löw.

not sure Ronaldo can be as effective on the wings anymore. He's not as fluid as he use to be dribbling and making runs with the ball for some reason. I can't be the only one that notices this so he plays closer and closer to goal. He's basically a full out striker now.

He's a striker, and a damn good one, but yeah he's done as a winger. Also part of why I think the best thing is to make the switch to a 442. Get Ronaldo and Bale up front and have better link up play, defense, and technique from the midfield.

No its not. As steel mentioned, there is something wrong with the chemistry. It is obvious that Cr7 hates Bale. Every time bale touches the ball, cr7 was making stupid gestures against him. I bet players like carvajal, llara, kroos, isco, ramos, casillas hates cr7. However others like marcelo, pepe, benzema likes him. So there are literally two groups within the team.

Problem is not missing hamez or others. Problem is players dont like each other. They are not a team. They are a short team. One team who hates cr7, other team loves cr7.
