Colombia tied 0-0 with Paraguay. Lame. We dominated the game, but we have horrible finishing.

Only a few players with future on this team. Santos Borre, Alexis Zapata, the keeper, CB Quintero, and Lucumi. Lucumi is probably my favorite player on this team.

U20 vs Argentina today. This could get ugly for us. Simeone's kid is a true talent.

With Cuadrado's arrival in London, we now have key players in

Madrid
Man U
Chelsea
Arsenal
Inter
Porto

Gotta get someone in Barcelona and Bayern lol

Lol how could I forget Juve? Mea culpa. Mea culpa.

I heard about Andres Tello going to Juve a while ago. To be honest, I haven't been impressed with him in this U20 tournament but that could be because he's being played out of position. He's an attacking mid playing as DM for some reason.

He's been just meh as a DM. surprised you guys are in on him, but I'm sure he'll be loaned out and hopefully used better.

I think this new era of Colombian players should be thankful to FC Porto the most. Just saying :D

I'm glad that that he didn't. Wonderful club and play, but the tall was that he'd play as a right back to replace Alves. The guy started as a RB, but he's flourished as an attacking winger, I think it would have been bad for his career.

Lmao at Colombia. This U20 is just like the old Colombia teams that played well but never won. The boys should have beaten Argent by at least 3 goals, instead, we give up a 87 minute tying goal.

Garbage. Tello was actually very solid today, Jarlan was great, and Montero looks like another promising keeper.

J-Mezzy

What is your opinion about J.Quintero ?

Personally i love the kid and i think everybody over here has the same opinion, he has the tools to be great (technically).
But at same time the general opinion is, he doesn´t have the competitive pace to play here in Europe, to slow, gets tired quickly, can not make a 90-minute full game.

Juan Quintero does have all the tools to be successful. He has great vision, passing, instincts, shot, and dribbling although he is slow lol.

The issue with Quintero is that unlike James and others who made it big, he was fully developed in Colombia so he was never forced to run and work on his work rate. He's been a star in Colombia since he was a kid and was never pushed in the physical aspect.

I still think he's the most talented of all of our guys, but he needs to improve massively I his work rate and his discipline. He's still only 21, not too late for him to get it together because when he's on his game, he can be special

Copa America is always tough. Argentina and Brazil are always the favorites, as they should be, and Chile will be tough to beat at home.

I think we got a good shot. Our defense has gotten better and we seen to have recovered some health in the midfield.

Falcao is out of form and Quintero hasn't developed as we had hoped.

Overall, I expect to make a good run and wouldn't be surprised if we actually won, but we will need all of our guys to be in form to pull it off. For now, I'd say Brazil is the favorite

Izquierdo keeps doing well I'm Belgium, might see him make the jump to a big Leah next year.

Colombia U20 has a huge game tonight vs Uruguay. We might make the Olympics if we can win this one

Not sure I like it. Too similar to our old kit and I'm not a fan of the flag in the middle.

James is injured and will miss 6-8 weeks. He scored before getting injured.

Colombia U20 tied yet again. Really poor generation this one.

Cuadrado made his debut today. Played only 10 minutes in Chelsea's win over Villa.

Jackson Martinez continues scoring.

Colombia U20 actually won a game and convincingly. Won 3 0 vs Brazil and earned a spot for the u20 world cup and the olympics. Joao had 2 brilliant goals, maybe there is hope for him after all.

This team is far from special, but that U23 olympics team could be REALLY good
