This is the summer they needed to put a lot of money on the table for CB/DM/CF reinforcements to increase the chance De Bruyne stays at least until 2017. What are Allofs and Hecking doing? Basically nothing.

Soon enough they'll fall apart again like they did after their championship year. Probably not as much as back then but they'll field another overpaid 4th-6th place team once de Bruyne is gone.

That's what I said way back and people here laughed at me.

Same problems as many clubs in the league. They dont believe they can challenge Bayern and have the old Wenger mentality that top 4 is the goal. Look at Spain. Sevilla and Atletico are buying top class players, they believe they can challenge the big 2.

Kroos gone.

Bastian gone...

When Thiago moved from barca to munich, everyone said he would never start in the best midfield in the world. Yet, they were all wrong. Thiago is essentially pep's number 1 midfield choice and the primary reason why both kroos and bastian became expendable to Pep.

When Thiago and Spain wins euro 2016, you won't be surprised than.

We laughed at you because you acted like losing Bas freaking Dost would really hurt Wolfsburg. That's not their problem.

Yeah, Bas Dost is easily replaceable. That was total crap.

I'm not saying Wolfsburg should do a Valencia and put 100 mil. € on the table but right now is the time to invest if they want to build anything more than a pretender.

But why? Schieber and Wagner were the best CF rotation since Lord Bendtner.

Schieber is not as bad as people say, though. He doesn't deserve to be mentioned in a sentence with Wagner, he's better than that. Not good, but better.

That would be hell of an expensive gamble.
13/14 he played mediocre at best and 14/15 he was injured (and pre-injury didn't really play well either).

Don't think they are selling him.

Bayern reportedly declined an 82 mil. € bid from United the other day (for Müller) and there's also news United reupped that bid to 100 mil. €. If Bayern take any deal it's probably that one since Guardiola for Guardiola reasons is not a fan of Müller. :dontknow:

Selling local legends(we can call them that) Müller and Schweinsteiger the same summer would be too much. Especially for a fickle fanbase like Bayern's.

How many players are really worth 100m € today?

Messi
Ronaldo
Neymar
Hazard
James Rodriguez
Pogba

That's it. I like Müller, but those players are head and shoulders above him.

He's hands down the best player in the PL. 100m might be a stretch, though.

Man City are pushing for top target Kevin De Bruyne. They want to open negotiations with Wolfsburg. #MCFC look to move into pole position.

€60m. That's nothing for ManCity. It's less than what they paid for Sterling.

Wolfsburg doing the exact same thing they did last time they had a elite team. Sold their best player to ManCity.

Well, he was "injured" in their recent test against Zürich.
Wouldn't surprise me if they sold him. They should bargain higher than €60m., though. Personally, I wouldn't sell him below €80m. to a club like City.

Not saying he is worth that much but if City want him they better pay a moon price.
