Seriously, this has to be some kind of record. How many penalties did Gladbach give away in the last 5 games? 6? It's crazy

2 cl titles in 25 years and those two came with skin of his teeth, fergie never dominated europe despite having a club that was the premier destination in world football. plenty of managers did more with less.

Well, anyone watching this game can only compliment what Gladbach did today.

Of course we're losing the game on two corners(the penalty was a result of that) and miss out on a penalty our own.
Also, that ref didn't know what the heck he was doing in the penalty box.
The first two weren't penalties for us and then he misses a clear handball by one of them Fernando's after Xhaka's shot in the box.

Though, you could see the team being a bit out of gas after about 65 minutes, thanks to all the running, and we need to score on our chances on this level if we want to win a game.

BTW: Funny moment of the match was man mountain Yaya Toure being bullied around at some point by 150lbs Mo Dahoud.

Go Gladbach!

Jesus christ, man. You hate City more than No_20 hates RB and Wolfsburg. I hate City too, lol, but it's all good, man, no need to pop a vein. They are here to stay unfortunately.

But hey, I hate the Lakers that much, so **** it.

take comfort knowing that the feeling of hate is mutual.

I wouldn't have it any other way. **** hate you guys. Respect you entirely though, much more than any of the other trash teams in this league.

Hope we're both back to contention and meet in the finals soon, but both of our rebuilds look lengthy.

If he's in full form he really should be a nice fit alongside Pogba and Marchisio. I'm rooting for him.

Foye wrote:Wolfsburg are absolutely sh*t without de Bruyne and Perisic.

Offense lacks the special part and defense is sh*t as usual.

They really need to realize that Kruse is the only forward they should be playing with. This obsession with the beanpoles cripples them worse than Bayern's boner for the Mez limited them. Kruse up top with two of Draxler, Caliguri or Schurrle coming in off of the wings with 3 of Draxler, Arnold, Guilavogui or Luis Gustavo forming their midfield trio as the FBs march forwards; and they could play some beautiful attacking football...at least as much as those CBs and Benaglio let them.

And BMG continue to look stronger since the change. The lose crucial points against a vulnerable Citeh team because of that first half wastefulness and a late penalty, but this team is getting back on track now that Alvaro's back and Dahoud's a regular starter.

Shame Yaya had to come off at the half cause subbing him off really gave Citeh a lot more structure in the middle of the pitch and tightened up those gaps that Raffael was marching through at will in the first half. Without that change BMG probably get that 2nd goal before Citeh move KdB to the 10 and get some coherency to their attacking play...shocking how much more effective they became after putting their players in the right positions.

And one of these days I'll actually jinx it when I call out Raheem Sterling for play in the final third...one of these days...
