It must be really hard for Chelsea, they deserve to win CL more than any other team in the world. And i'am not a Chelsea fan... actually my favorite team from England is Arsenal.

Chelsea should be the last ones complaining after that red card. They've seen this far too often and neither the manager nor John Terry has done enough to discipline his team. There are quite a few individuals there who think they are bigger than the team itself and they should be fortunate that it happened at the end of extra time which didn't put them at a numbers disadvantage.

people hate her because of her overall whiny attitude on the pitch not because of number of goals she scored.

People hate superstars that are not on their team since forever.

Didier Drogba will never be a superstar in my book. His prima donna antics by far outweigh his positive aspects. He has the balls of a field mouse and I wouldn't be shocked at all if it was his intention to be sent off so he didn't have to take a penalty. His attitude is disgraceful. If any player deserves football fans' true hatred, it's Drogba. I'd be appalled to discover he was coming to play at the same club if I were a professional footballer.

Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are virtually equal. What Ronaldo can do that Messi can't is be an aerial threat, while Messi is a better performer in matches of any import because of his style of perpetual motion; both him and the ball. Ronaldo can be pressured when - as is often the case - he is made the focal point of better teams' defense and marking, because he doesn't pass and move off the ball quite as well as he should.

Congrats to Man U. They were the best team this European season and thoroughly deserved the Double, even though they were largely outplayed and rather lucky in the final. As they say - you make your own luck.

i think the hatred of players comes first of the teams they play in and then because of their certain attitudes.

in my case i don't hate manU, but i really don't like ronaldo's attitude and like ElTurco said how she whines. but he's a great player, obviously the best this year, 43 goals aren't easy to score.

but, he still has the Euro to show how important and good he can be in a win now tournament.

Yeah, but Christiano Ronaldo acts like a little bitch all the time. What's not to hate?

Congrats Man U, it was a good game that could've gone either way. Anyway, I'd just like to say that the referee ruined the game.

he is a goat all right. a scapegoat.

among active coaches nobody comes close to ferguson in terms of success. maybe, you can make a case for Marcelo Lippi.

No sorry. Avram Grant has done in half a season what Mourinho couldn't do for 3 seasons at Chelsea. I'm more inclined to think that it was more down to the quality of players that contributed to their success than Mourinho just pulling something out of his hat.

How about Michael Ballack becoming a more essential part of that team while he could do nothing good as long as Jose was in charge?
