Even if he got through I did not think Federer would have beat Ferrer, who is actually peaking right now.

Roger lost. Am sad. It is expected though that he won't be as invincible anymore.

Now who to root for. I'm going with anyone but Nadal/Djokovic. Extremely unlikely though. Pretty much impossible.

Tsonga has also beaten Federer at Wimbledon. And Berdych has beaten Federer at Wimbledon and the US Open. Those 2 guys are peaking, but both are useless vs Nadal/Djokovic still.

I think Federer would have absolutely destroyed Ferrer. Its one of the most lopsided head2heads in tennis history. Federer leads 14-0 including 5-0 on clay.

Pulling for Tsonga to ship this thing now. I think he has a legitimate chance.

Nadal looking dangerous again. Djokovic about to close in straight sets over Haas.

Can't believe I missed the Fed-Tsonga match. Although I was rooting for Fed, I like Tsonga and his game very much. He's very talented, just can't seem to put it all together for a meaningful run. Hopefully this is the start of a strong streak.

With regards to Djokovic and his swearing, it really is a cultural barrier. Saying **** your mother almost doesn't literally mean what it sounds like. I guarantee you I would say the exact same thing multiple times if I was in his position. You don't even need to say it to anyone in particular. I have heard/said the same while missing jump shots.

It is basically like screaming "****".

The Madrid crowd was booing him and he directed it at them. I agree that if he yelled it to himself it would be irrelevant. Here it is- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxYbZZKJipE

Anyway, time for Nadal to take out the trash for 2nd year in a row....

Holy crap, Serena is embarrassing Errani. But yay, Errani overcomes the shutout.

Errani is so clutch at winning a game! I hope Serena serves Sharapova a double bagel :o

Am I seeing this right that NBC only has 3 hours of coverage for the men's semis tomorrow which obviously won't be live and there is no coverage anywhere else unless you get Tennis Channel, which I don't. **** that.

Sure would be nice to watch this live. NBC is the worst.

Nope, at least not for me. They have coverage starting in about half an hour. Not sure if they're going to show Tsonga/Ferrer or a replay of this one.

Hmm guess it's a regional thing. It's live on NBC for me, but they just started at 11:00AM EST. I had to watch the tennis channel before that

Are they even going to be able to play the other semi-final today?
