YOU want to have atleast 2-3 "good" young players on the roster to attract a big time FA.... Im talking Wade, James category.

Having, Dragic, Lopez, Dudley, and a 29 year old Richardson as your team mates isnt very promising.. although I really hope Clark pans out to be a decent player.

Having a Curry, Biedrins, a Randolph etc on the roster helps dramatically..

I disagree.............. money is money ............ I've already accepted that we're not going to get one of the elite max players next summer. I suggest you do the same. The city and our style of play will still attract.

But I wasn't even talking about the players you listed...........although Biedrins still isn't even anywhere near Amare's level. A combo of he and the two scrubs in Wright and Belinelli are not even close to par value.

Yep. I don't care for Curry either. Randolph and Biedrins. No one else needs to be in it unless it's make numbers work.

Yeah and in the paper this morning it said if Curry is not in the trade, there is no trade.

A lot of contradicting reports are coming in now.

Hi folks, a Ws fan popping in ... I wouldn't go so hard on IHG. You have to remember, we're dealing with Don Nelson here. He's a world champ smoke blower, is totally into poker, is totally competitive and loves to wipe out his friends at these poker games, and doesn't care very much about "consistency" (see smoke blowing comment). You just can't take anything he says too seriously. He'll praise someone to high heaven at the draft and then treat him like a disease during the season (e.g. Belinelli, Randolph). He's like a mixture of Gandalph and Voldemort.

My guess is that they're haggling about what exactly was said and what exactly was promised, and Kerr is saying "but you said you'd do [blah blah]" and Nellie is saying "no I didn't I said [yada yada] and the original offer stands." And that IHG passed on things he heard from the Suns FO that everyone thought were serious. But it's Nellie we're talking about.

I'd chill for a couple weeks :sour: until they sort this out one way or another. And I do hope IHG continues to share his knowledge. We just have to remember to keep our salt shakers handy.

But apparently he's "untouchable" as well ................ they legitimately think we're going to stock them up with Ellis, Curry, Jackson, Randolph, AND Amare? It's not logical.

IMO curry isn't actually untouchable, and Nellie is pushing kerr to see how far he can go.
Catchall:The Bucks traded him for Monta Ellis and did well in that trade. If they can move Biedrins and Jefferson without losing much more than Barnes and another pick, I will be genuinely impressed.Iguodala is a short-sighted contract. Overrated player.

Hey, I'm not an insider. I hear what some journalists hear is all. I might have a bag of lies from Front Offices, sometimes I get news a little early and sometimes I get good bits of useful info. I've said all I've heard on this. I don't have a big secret or anything.

IHG knows far more than I. My information is second hand and sometimes manipulated.

MJ's passing made me want to pass unmanly tears last night. This makes me want to hit someone.

Traxxe so you are saying that the information you have (may not be right) is that pHX can have curry and the hold up was the extension?

But thats the assumption Suns will continue to be run and gun post Nash...
I dont the Suns to be the Next Warriors... (offense intended)... running and gunning 120ppg a season with a 41-41 record.... average.

Money is secondary for Wade, James etc.... those guys will obviously not accept anything below 20M per year... but ALL teams will have that as minimum cap space reserved anyways... now the next thing to win them over is the chance to contend for a ring and/or be on a winning team... again... I dont want to be the Warriors in 3-4 years time... again offense intended.

And I dont want Stoudemire gone for Biedrins and Wright and scrubs... lol.. who does? Thats a shocking trade.. its not like Biedrins is a defensive player of the year... he is David Lee like that he grabs boards but doesnt shut down anyone also.... but better than Stoudemire in that department thats for sure.

I actually want Randolph.... I'd say what I think he'll become... but dont want to give Warrior fans anymore reasons to not want to trade him.
