-once a pick is already made, that player can be traded in any trade package
-each side needs to send the same number of picks (1 for 1, 2 for 2, etc)
- you get 10 hours to make your pick.
--- if you don't draft w/in 10 hrs, then you are skipped. you can pick from available players whenever you come back.
---- if you get skipped, then you will only have five hours for your next pick. each time you miss a pick, your window will be halved.
