My bold prediction is that the Mavs slip out of the playoffs and both the Suns and Thunder sneak in.

3 games back of OKC in the loss column
6 games back of Dallas in the loss column
We have one huge benefit in that all teams outside of GS are vying for better seeding. That means, nobody should be packing it in and resting starters against OKC and Dallas etc,..

Now let's looks at everyone's schedules.

OKC -
Lakers WIN
@ Spurs LOSS (They are still vying for better seeding)
@ Jazz LOSS
@ Suns Has to be a loss or we have little shot in my view
Mavs WIN
@Grizzlies LOSS
Rockets WIN
Spurs WIN
KINGS WIN

I see 4 losses for OKC. This is still giving them TOUGH wins against HOU, SA and MAVS.

MAVS
Spurs WIN
@ Spurs LOSS
@ Pacers WIN
@OKC LOSS
Rockets WIN
Warriors LOSS
Suns LOSS
@ DEN WIN
@ LAL WIN

I see 4 losses for Dallas. That means we have zero shot of catching Dallas as above poster suggested.

SUNS

Kings WIN Can't have a let down
PORT WIN
OKC WIN
@PORT WIN
@GS LOSS - Unless the pack it in. Hope so.
Jazz LOSS - Don't match up well with this team
@ ATL WIN
@ DAL WIN
@NO WIN

Two losses for us and 4 losses for OKC does not do it. We are out. We have a super slim margin for error and need some teams to help us with OKC.

without a doubt, we also got to take care of our own business. the OKC game is really the decider. loss and we're done but a win gets us a game closer but possibly even more important it'll will give us great momentum

I think we can get in. OKC with Durant out for the season may mail it in

Would be a hell of a miracle to get in aftter that pathetic loss against Sac.
And OKC w/o Durant is still a super stacked team... Westbrook will have at least 5 TD's in this run.

Will either be 2 games or 5 games behind with 8 to go after the OKC game.
