My genius plan:
Bledsoe to SAC for 6th + Idontevenknowwhoplayforthemoutsidegaycousins
Morris + Morris to IND for 11th + West
11th + 13th to DEN for 7th

SImply isn't it?

Until this assault case goes away, I don't see us getting any reasonable offers in return for the Morri.

Arguments for rebuilding "Rockets style":
- team stay closer to contending
- team don't develop "losing culture"
- high picks don't guarantee getting a star, you may get Bargnani with 1st or Butler with 30th, draft is as much about scouting skills and luck as about high picks

Arguments for rebuilding "Thunder style":
- West is so deep that Suns have 0 chances for making the playoffs
- rookies have cheap contracts
- after all high pick gives better chance of drafting a star than lower pick
- assuming Suns trade for high pick and get worse, next season Suns get another high pick (their own) so at least 2 chances of drafting star player
- stars are very rarely available for trade

Am I missing something?

yes, blow it up. Ironically the last time the FO decided to do that it resulted in the most entertaining (and successful) team since Amare left.

I like Knight a lot because he is a smart dude and that's kind of..... refreshing given the circumstances.

Bled I'm indifferent about. Still can't figure out if he's a winner or just another wishy washy player with nothing more to give. At the moment I'm leaning to keeping Bled, under the condition we clean out stock (PJ & Morrii) . Same goes for Archie.

Ultimately the Suns just need to build a smarter basketball team. A team of guys that actually lead by example off the court. The results will come on the court sooner or later. Bled still has a lot of work to do in that department, but I feel like he's still pretty impressionable and could turn into a real pro down the line.

THE REBUILD ROAD...

1) Trade a PG and #13 for the best pick we can (Sac pick at #6 would work) and a backup PG (Collision?)
2) Draft the best PF possible (Portzingis?)
3) Dump Tucker & the Morrii for cap space
4) Sign a cheap veteran stretch big (or pick one up in the 3) trade, maybe Meyers Leonard if Aldridge bolts and POR think TRob would keep the Morrii in check)
5) Re-sign Wright
6) PLAY THE YOUTH

Starters:
> Vet PG + Archie/Bullock, Warren, Portzingis, Len
Bench:
>Collison, Archie/Bullock, Granger, Wright, Leonard

- See what the kids can do for a season or two. If any of them bust, we at least have the cap space to fill the hole/s and picks to restock.
- No bad attitudes, or questionable characters.
- Collison/Wright should be a nice p'n'r bench offense with Bullock, Granger and Leonard spreading the floor.

You're basically saying we should be the 76ers of the West for a few years?

Pieces we should keep

Len
Warren
Goodwin
13th pick
Knight
Wright
Granger (Veteran presence needed badly)
Bullock

Pieces we should move

Morri
Bledsoe
Tucker
Green

The guys we need to move aren't leaders and aren't all-stars. Other than Green, they have created more problems than they are worth (e.g., DUI, assault, missing team bus, etc). Bledsoe had his chance to lead the team after Dragic was traded. He failed miserably in the second half of the season. Use Morri, Bledsoe, Tucker in a trade to get to get a decent PF and backup PG.

Run with

Knight/Rookie/FA
Goodwin/Bullock (until Bogdan comes over)
Warren/Granger
??/Rookie/FA
Len/Wright

Time to sink or swim for the youth. Worst case is we get a top 5 pick in 2016.

I somewhat agree but I can't really figure out what team would want Bledsoe...the Knicks are probably the only possibility, so we'd end up getting Porzingis or one of the guards. Okafor could potentially slip, but if he did, the Knicks may want to keep him. I don't think they will want a rookie guard though.

If we clear cap space, we could potentially sign Mo Williams for backup pg.

The twins seem like they would fit in Orlando, Charlotte and Sacramento, who could use scoring PFs. I just don't know who we'd take back...it would probably be Orlando's pick and possibly take back Frye, and then with Sacramento, we'd probably take back at least one of Thompson, Landry or Williams and their 9th pick.

Those would have to be the likeliest scenarios.

If Indiana wants to get younger, and we want a vet, I suppose maybe the twins for West (though age-wise that doesn't make a ton of sense), but we'd really also need a PF for the future, so we'd have to get one with our pick (Portis or whoever else is there).

Suns can keep the veterans and be a bad team... and try for a late lottery pick again next season and a stagnant development of the youth.

Or they can be a bad team with all the young players getting 30 minutes rapidly improving and also getting high pick(s). Win or lose its a win win long term.
