The China League / D-Leagues Fantasy draft every year is pretty comical.

MaryvalesFinest was probably the most entertaining all-around character I have ever seen on this board. RIP

I used to get a kick out of the days when the Aussies were doing TUI. Also during that same time period when a troll fan of another team would show up and everyone would pile on and talk a whole bunch of trash.

Some of the fantasy draft shenanigans have been great. Back in the day NF33IH's love of Villanueva...every year was the year he was going to blow up. Then for sure once the lower leagues started up they provided some solid entertainment, especially for those not in them (which I can no longer claim).

Definitely a lot of entertainment from Frank Lee, SDU when he used to post more, the Kerrsed sig era, that Stro fan LOL, LukasBMW's drunk posts about cars and stuff, the board's bipolar reactions to the insiders, and man there have been some classic game threads. When they used to get really long and just packed full of sarcastic commentary. Good times...

When Kerrsed posted more, in his pre-mod days, his sigs were lol worthy.

the good ol days... shoot first, and then shoot again.... and everything is better when beer is involved

i still laugh at the usage of 'escape-goat' ... i don't know who, but likely one of our english-challenged international posters.... or someone from Glendale 8-)

This year Miklo, this year. I still love me some Charlie V, he had a game last season where he hit a few shots....I really thought he'd turned the corner and was becoming MVP level right before my eyes.

On a side note, my dog (actually the wife's dog) is named Charlie V (yes he has V as him middle name) :D

One thing I remember that had me in stitches was this guy named Lukas something (can't think of his name right now) asking how he didn't make this thread.

Start it? Because I'm pretty sure someone mentioned you somewhere in it. Edit: (Before the post after yours that I read after this post.)

New funniest thing: everyone's reaction to us drafting Harrison.

The funny part was the prediction that we would draft the Harrison twins and then literally a moment later seeing his name on the board lol

Sunsbum had some gold liners in that same thread too.

Sorry guys, some college kids grabbed me in my sleep, threw me in a van and forced me to eat 7 hits of LSD. They stripped me naked and made me battle a super angry ram that they dressed in my clothes.

Marc gasol. McDonalds kicked me out, had to walk to public library. Walmart.

Funny that you chose an Oprah gif. She is literally one of the few women I would line to punch in the face in this world. I have a theory that one day she will say this trigger word on national tv and turn all of our moms into her minions. Basicaly we will be forced to kill our mothers for survival. Oprah is in fact the Antichrist. I literally ALMOST believe this. Plus who the **** has a magazine and just puts themselves on the cover every month!?!? Dafuk is that about?

One thing I liked in there was alvinadams' comments and thread title changing thru-out the draft. First "sum dum **** CBA league", then "PAGING JDIDDY" to catch his attention, then "PSST, jdiddy it's ok, come here lil buddy" when he was completely lost. The comment about jdiddy's "No!!! I will be on right now" post being existentially mindblowing, the quotes such as :
kennydorglas wrote:kennydorglas- if you take 4 days to make a pick then you must come back with insider info. CBA rules

to get peeps to draft, etc...

Hope he'll be running the China league again next season

Yes, unless he moved up, he should run it.
