I would take either of them over Bledsoe or Knight, easily. Irving might be the best pure scoring guard in the league right now, and his playmaking is certainly not worse than that of Bledsoe or Knight. Injuries are a concern with him, but they have also constituted a concern with Bledsoe and now Knight.
Agreed but at least they are given the full responsibility of PG. Unless we give the reigns to outright, neither one of these/our guys will develop fully. I think the FO has committed to bled, but realize he can't quite put it together, so... insert an extra facilitator.... I don't think its good for the team structure as it leads to confusion. We'd like to be a running gunning team, but Bled doesn't play that way naturally and we don't have athletic bigs to compliment it. Heck, we were on the right path with that cat dubbed the One Man Fast Break..... ugh... cranky Franky is back
