You'd have to have balls of steel to date a Gracie female. One mess up and you are green lit for life. And those dudes hold a grudge.

Every non Gracie male I know of who is married to a Gracie female is a black belt and badass in their own right, but most seem to have been that way prior to marriage. His name is escaping me, but Roger's father is like a red belt or something lol and Javier Vasquez married Rose Gracie as well.

Well of course I was half jokingly referring to the Gracie women being fair game to their 3rd cousins.

Does this thread hit 20 pages before the Grappling/BJJ thread does?

That shows how boring grappling is by itself in comparison to CM Punk. The UFC should release grappling to sign CM Punk for even more money.

This seems like a perfect time with the steroids' scandal in MMA right now for someone like Punk or Askren to come in the UFC and work the "I'm straight edge so I'm better than you" angle. They could call themselves the "Clean Machine" or something like this. Fans would love or hate them.

Like I said, Rogan wouldn't be able to be on the juice anymore if he fought the Clean Machine!

Rogan on the Fight Companion. He saw CM throwing some kicks backstage and Rogan "hopes he was joking". He might actually have been joking. Cos it looks like he'd "started karate last week".

:-? CardioBox technique. I see 'fit chicks' throw w that speed all the time, it's no big deal. No hips, no distancing, the combination work-out you give the clerical workers.

Hop in the Rav-4 and pump that Taylor Swift for the ride home. Gucci Mane ruins him in a boxing match.

Regarless, its nice of TJ Dillashaw to hold pads for Joe.

On a more serious note, I wish Rogan would just come out and blast the CM Punk thing. I feel like he is usually pretty candid but he seems to kind of hold back when it comes to this topic, although he pretty clearly hates it. Unless he said more in the fight companion, I'll probably listen to that tomorrow.

IDK, I usually watch ufc at the bar so I don't always hear him so clearly during ppvs. But on his podcast I would say he is pretty candid. He clearly doesn't like the CM Punk thing, he talks smack about the ufc gloves and praises bellator's gloves all the time, he says steroid use is an epidemic in the ufc, he also talks about the head injuries and how dangerous mma is all the time (this is probably the furthest he steps from the company line). Finally, I remember anecdotes like him saying things like they shouldn't have let Stipe fight Maldanado and that was only legal because they were holding it in Brazil. So again, its my take that he is decently candid when he's in his own element.

This is hardly an important battle, he ought to be PC.
