Wow I love how Poirier is still huge at 155. Loving this start time btw, I've been watching most of this event. It was kind of meh enough that nobody will care, but I think Lauren Murphy got robbed against Carmouche.

I'm excited to see if Julianna Pena is good or not. She was put on the map by beating Shayna Baszler which in hindsight doesn't seem like such a big deal. I know she also had a gruesome knee injury and is returning sooner than they said she would, hopefully not too soon.

It would be cool if she came in and looked awesome and we could potentially have someone new in that division to watch.

UFC pushing the Rampage advertising. Wonder if Bellator could sue them for a lot if the Rampage contract thing is decided in their favor.

About Pena, have to wait until she fights someone her own size, IMO.

I guess he was saying the f word alot. I just don't like the guy, I wish the bell didn't save him in round 1 or Jorge would have sent him back to the Jersey Shore for good. Abolish rounds.

I thought Masvidal won btw.

Thought Masvidal won the fight. But with the round system and judges only giving 10-9s (could have been a 10-10 here), it was close. Would have to watch the 2nd and 3rd again.

Iaquinta did a lot of swinging and missing, but the judges reward guys who like to bang bros. All three sherdog media scored it for Jorge, with two of them going 30-27.

Iaquinta will get a much more clear tko over his hotel room tonight.

I have been on a cold streak with betting lately. Let's end it here, go Lamas.

13 of 15 on mmadecisions have it for Masvidal. But even if someone gave Iaquinta the last two (when they were probably even at best) Masvidal won the 1st by more than that combined but the score system doesn't really account for that. IF they judged it as a whole I wonder how the Judges would have judged it - they still might have botched it.

I think he's got legit mental issues, but I'm not a psychologist.

I think he's just a douchebag with anger issues. Think of him as Julian Lane without the purple hair but from New Jersey.

Well he fanned the entire arena with his missed swings and then went like 0/10 for takedowns. It wasn't some crazy robbery but he def didn't deserve to win imo.
