The WWE finally does something right and then promptly gives up on it.

Bringing back roided up Del Rio was the dumbest thing they could have done, yet so predictable. It was done for shock factor and once again shows Vince's short sightedness. Having an up and comer like Zayn (before he got hurt) or Neville (before he got hurt) or the guy who made the most sense in Owens take it off Cena instantly makes a new star. Then when Cena comes back, their rematch means a lot.

Did Cena even get a rematch with Del Rio? The fact that I don't remember or care shows how much they screwed it up. The open challenge was the highlight of Raw, and many times the only real entertaining part of it.

Since we are on the subject of title belts (I know Vince. Dirty word), what would you guys like to see brought back/scrapped?

The eagle belt needs to be the world, though it'll never happen. They clearly are insecure and need to have the stupid logo displayed prominently. When I think of great champs I always think of that belt.

I like the IC that they have now, I just wish they would go back to the black strap and scrap the white. It's not terrible, I just feel like it kind of looks tacky on most guys. Again, when I think of great IC champs, I think of Bret and Macho with the black strap.

I wish they'd get rid of the US, but if they insist on keeping it, I'd like to see them use the old WCW belt. The red white and blue is overdone on the current belt and looks like a child's toy.

For the tags they need to go back to the late 80's to late 90's look. Those awful Spartan penny ones they have now just look cheap.

The women's title looks dope, but if they were to scrap the big WWE network world title, they'd almost have to redesign this one as well. I do like this one more than even the world title now.

And bring back the cruiser weight title please.

The NXT title is maybe the coolest one in the company. While I don't like the big WWE logo, for some reason it works with NXT.

Eta: I'd settle for the unisputed title too.

To be 100% fair, I don't think Cena has wrestled at all since losing to Del Rio (except that little cameo at WrestleMania), it was Del Rio who supposedly put Cena out.

I obviously agree with your greater point, though. They've re-buried ADR so even if Cena does come back to face him, no one is going to care.

Cena did get a rematch, it ended in a DQ. He won.

that is the absolute best course of action for him as a performer and character. He brings that attitude to the show and to the mic and he'll be just fine.

Agreed. A female fan brought that coffee mug to Axxess and he was smart enough to go along with it for the picture.
