As someone who lived in Pdx for a number of years though that is how we used to be able to tell who the outer-staters were -
umbrella = not a local
rainproof jacket with hood or just a sweatshirt = local

this lack of basketball is killin me!

Cool, thanks for all the info guys. I don't own an umbrella and never plan on it, haha. I love the rain. I'm sure it will be different to here but no chance I take an umbrella... haha.
I was unsure about buying tickets from places like stubhub and what not because the official tickets aren't even selling yet, so is it safe and reliable to buy before they go on sale from these sites?

Want to make sure I get a good ticket for the BRoy game, so if I should get them now through another site let me know?
