Yeah, I thought this was pretty damn entertaining.

I was surprised how quickly that commercial got made, maybe it was made from his old shoe deal but then since Lillard had the opt-out clause they just held onto it.

Haha, that's awesome! This is exciting that a Trail Blazer is getting national exposure on ads like this. I don't remember B-Roy having this kind of exposure. How far back would you have to go? Drexler?

Clyde was signed to Avia, and I don't think Avia ever had national exposure. I remember going to Brooklyn (I spent my summers with my dad in Brooklyn and the school year with my mom in Beaverton) and none of the kids back there had any idea what Avia was. It was an for a self conscience 12 year old.

Signing that deal with Adidas made Lillard a marked man at RealGM.

It's more their favorite player didn't get a deal, this good. They also probably view this as a sleight against LeBron and stuff. Never mind that LeBron got the largest shoe deal in the history of the NBA ever before he even played one single NBA game.

According to them Lillard doesn't deserve this since their favorite player is far more deserving.
