I think Stockton can handle that 3rd PG spot. I can't see an established player coming in with the probability that they play in less than 10 games and/or sit in a suit most games. There aren't enough minutes for Collison and Rondo as is.

I disagree about Stockton. Much rather resign Miller. Miller doesn't care about minutes and I'd feel much more comfortable playing Miller in a playoff chase in case of injury to Rondo or Collison. I'd also like to add that Cauley-Stein is not ready for anything more than spot situational minutes and Moreland and everyone else on the summer league better not be on opening day roster unless it's for the Bighorns and I was high on Moreland before. I can see what Vlade is doing. He's bringing in guys that can play and compete now for the playoffs and I'm in 100% agreement.

Honestly our D league development guys equate to watching paint dry for me. Meh is an understatement. Although Sim is intriguing, and I hope he spends another quality year in development.

Nice, Thanx. Well let's see if they go with someone in FA or off the Summer league team.

We now have Cousins Koufos WCS Luc Rudy Casspi Butler Ben Beli Rondo and Collison. That's 11 spots for sure. Moreland Stockton and Anderson have contracts but aren't guaranteed.

Vlade seems to want to fill the active roster with guys that he would trust playing 15 mins which is a great thing. No more weak areas and everyone has to step up and earn there spot in the rotation it seems.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. The dude played 28 mpg last year, if he just had a bad knee he sure seemed to cover it up well last year. Hopefully everything is alright for him.

On one end it leaves the Kings way less than they could have been defensively, but it does give Casspi and/or Butler a more significant on court role.
