Wonder if Vlade is happy with Dukan as the stretch 4 he wanted or will still look for a vet.

I didn't like him at Wisconsin, but he stood out on our summer league squad.

I'm sure he got extra points from the FO for being a Croat.

I can dig it. He showed out this summer and he might just be able to fill out the teams roster once the season starts. He looked good next to Willie as that stretch 3/4.

Wow. Really proud of Duje. He was on a stacked Wisconsin team and had a hard time getting consistent minutes. His shot kinda betrayed him this year but in spots he was really valuable. Wish him luck.

Also wonder if Kings needed to give him a partial guarantee to prevent him from taking a solid contract in Europe. I'm guessing he had something lined up.

Oops...should have put this here.

I had a feeling we would pick him (Dukan) up due to our needs for shooting and the lack of guys left on the market. He seems like a Kings type player. I expect Peja and Casspi to take him under their wings. Not bad guys to learn from, Peja for shooting and Casspi for hustle and teamwork to earn mins. With our cap space now gone, we have the exception and vet min contracts available. Now Vlade moves on to PG. Wonder if the door is closed on Miller or if we give Stockton a legit chance to make the roster. I haven't seen anything else on the horizon...

I'm so sad we didn't sign Hedo Turkoglu. Thought we could easily convince him to come with Vlade being in our front office here been a good stretch shooter. Hope we can go ahead and sign look right now if not Andre Miller.

Shot 32% from three his last season at Wisconsin but he stood out to me at Summer League although a very small sample size. One thing that really stood out is he seemed very fundamentally sound which as we've seen throughout the years comes from Bo Ryan coached teams and players. We needed a stretch four so this seems like a very nice low risk move.

I don't see any problem with the signing. It's not like he's going to get consistent minutes if he even suits up at all. He did look like one of the better players on our SL team so it will be nice to see how he develops. His outside shot looked really good, he shot like 42% from outside with 24 attempts which is pretty decent volume for only 5 games.
