Ellis is a fringe top 10 SG, Manu is the third best SG in the NBA.

I think the NBA people prefer Beal to Lamb because Beal is the tougher, more versatile player. He gets to the line more, he can guard multiple positions, and he's a better defender.

There isn't much to like about Austin Rivers from a stats perspective.

I would say that statement is completely false.

Lamb is at least equal a defender currently and will be the much better defender on the next level due to his superior tools.

Beal has the chance to be a borderline turnstile on D in the association.

Calling Beal more versatile is an incorrect statement as well in my opinion.

The only thing I would give Beal is I like his attitude better, but I liked Lamb's last year, I think a lot of what's going on at Connecticut this year has been somewhat cancerous and although honestly I would have liked to see him deal with adversity better I think he'll do much better on the next level in most situations he'll find himself in.

And again this isn't to tear down Beal.

I just see likely case of Beal as a nice starting level shooting guard at the next level, slightly above average, where I see Lamb as a multiple All Star.

Is it just me or does Rivers' form on his jumper look broken? Seems to fade-away and move his legs too much.

I love Beals ability to rebound, drive, shoot, pass, and defend. Hes the total package IMO.

haven't watched more than 4 or 5 Beal games. Are his shooting percentages so low because he's not that good of a shooter or because his shot selection is poo?

What's wrong with that statement?

If he isn't it's Harden and if it's Harden then Manu is 4th.

Austin is the perfect combo guard 6th man in the league. I understand what he is and I am okay with it. Beal I have no clue what he is and will pass. I think he is no more than the 6th-8th man on a playoff team though.

Austin Rivers reminds me of Jamal Crawford, think there game is pretty much identical and thats exactly the type of player he would be in the nba. A guy who can score and get his own shot coming off the bench is where I see him being succesful and having a long career. Thats a good prospect if you ask me but im taking Bradley Beal without a doubt in my mind. That guy has star written all over him but I guess we will have to wait and see.
