I have him 5th on my big boards. What's the contract situation with him again in terms of coming over to the NBA?

Another good outing for him. 14 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists in 29 minutes on 6/10 shooting.

His shot-selection was better in this one, save for one ill-advised pull-up jumper, he showed more patience. Moved the ball and had some nice passes out of the pick and roll. His shot might be his best attribute, his stroke is compact and quick whether spotting up, shooting off the screen or pulling up after pick and roll. His range also extends behind european arc, so he should have little issue adjusting to NBA 3-ball.

What i don`t like is his defense. He has high potential at that end as well, but right know struggles to deal with any kind of screens. His individual 1 on 1 defense is quite good and he makes some highlight steals/blocks with his lenght and athleticism, but when he is confronted with the screen he struggles to fight through it and losses his man easily enabling him to get separation. Sometimes he is able to recoved due to his superior athleticism, but that won`t be the case in the NBA. His effort and focus on that end is also off and on. Hopefully, that improves with age.

Still, Hezonja is in my opinion biggest talent Europe has produced after Pau/Parker/Dirk generation. Players with his combination of athleticism and shooting proweness are rare even in the NBA.

Yeah seeing this he is in a higher tier than Gordan Hayward as an athlete.

He looks like he has the lift to play above the rim IN TRAFFIC which is what separates good athletes from explosive athletes

His head was almost at rim level

I wonder what his vert will be tested at in the combine ( that's if he does it )

Any current number

He seems to have that mental make up that will make him successful in the NBA. He has that "FU" type of confidence about him, he seems like an attacker. Not the type to drift in and out of games.

I used to think Stanley Johnson was the safest pick for a wing, but It seems as though Hezonjas ceiling is becoming more clear.

I think im leaning towards him with Charlotte's pick, i like his versatility, potential and size. He fits the rest of the core well.
