Start time of the draft

So when will they announce the first pick? Ive looked all over but can't find it. (also, how long does each team have per pick?)

Its kinda a big deal for me, becuz if it is at 8 (wich is my guess, cuz coverage starts at 7), that would mean its 2am where I live, and seeing as I have to work the next day, that could get ugly lol
