I can't imagine that he wouldn't be scooped up by Orlando at #4 instead of Aaron Gordon (lol) though.

Glad you're not my GM.

His floor is 8th.

There's absolutely zero chance he'd slip past the Kings.

3rd or 4th (if you flip him and Embiid):

1) Wiggins
2) Parker
3) Noel (healthy)
4) Embiid (injured)

LOL at anyone who would take Noah Vonleh or Julius Randle over Noel. It will become clear how ludicrous that is very shortly now.

I actually like Noel a lot during the draft, and thought that he would be a good player (still do). But I'd probably take six guys over Noel in this years draft, not taking into account what Noel has done as a pro player.

Embiid, Parker, Wiggins, Smart, Randle & Exum.

I don't see what's so laughable about taking Randle over Noel, not like Noel is exactly leagues above him even if one were to prefer him. For every hole you could find for Randle, you could name just as many for Nerlens.

Noel's ceiling is too much higher than Randles to even think about taking Julius over him. Nerlens' potential is too good to pass up for a solid big man.

I would definitely take him first unless Embiid was healthy in this scenario as well. Noel's defensive ceiling is higher than Parker's offensive ceiling.
