Noel is going to be great 3rd option on contender that provides elite D. (Ibaka) Wiggins is going to be 2 way player during his prime that is going to be #1 option on contender. (T-Mac, Paul Goerge)

Wiggins started at 8 PER. Peaked at ~13.8 PER, and has been falling again. He puts up relatively decent numbers because he has been playing heavy minutes.

But it also helps him put up respectable (albeit inefficient stats). If Wiggins played 30 minutes a game, he won't be regularly putting up those 20+ points performances. Most of his high scoring games have been in 38-40+ minutes games.
