Noel is going to be great 3rd option on contender that provides elite D. (Ibaka) Wiggins is going to be 2 way player during his prime that is going to be #1 option on contender. (T-Mac, Paul Goerge)

I thought that silly comparison to T-mac died half way through his season at Kansas. There is absolutely nothing in Wiggins' game that is similar to Tracey McGrady.

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

I can tell from reading most of the posts from non wolves fans that they clearly do not even watch the wolves play. Anyone that has watched the wolves this year can see that Wiggins is a special talent.

Noel is clearly the ROY right now. We will see how far Noel can rise by the end of the season.

Wiggins started at 8 PER. Peaked at ~13.8 PER, and has been falling again. He puts up relatively decent numbers because he has been playing heavy minutes.

Williams - 15.5 PER
Lillard - 16.4
Irving - 21.4
Griffin - 20.8
Evans - 18.2
Rose - 16.0
Durant - 15.8

People calling Wiggins a future superstar needs a reality check. If you can't even be an above average starter in terms of efficiency, you aren't going to blow up.

Thanks.
Are those per-100 possession or per-40 minutes? I just used Noel’s game log to try it and I got lower numbers than you, but I did them per-game.

 I'm doing per game... kinda concerned you are getting lower numbers.

I could have it wrong,
but the shape looks similar to yours. You must be doing some sort of smoothing, especially early in the season.

ahh yeah, it is a lowess curve. Would that explain the difference?

I'm topping out at 4.6,
so I think there’s something else going on. That explains the early season differences, I think.

Those heavy minutes may also be playing a part in his recent downward trend. Playing the most minutes in the NBA since Thanksgiving will do that to a rookie.

But it also helps him put up respectable (albeit inefficient stats). If Wiggins played 30 minutes a game, he won't be regularly putting up those 20+ points performances. Most of his high scoring games have been in 38-40+ minutes games.

His rebounding and assist numbers aren't where they should be for the minutes but his scoring is fine. 19 ppg on 53 TS% since late December from a 19/20 year old rookie is good.
