Bad workouts, he's a much better athlete in actual games than in an empty gym.
People were also concerned about his shooting because he was a bad shooter in college, but that was all footwork and it seems to have been fixed by Philly's coaches.

bad shooter, small for a SF, slow for a SG, bad decision making, gambler on defense, too erratic.
he is making numbers out of his aggressiveness in the worst team I've seen in professional basketball in my life, I dont think him falling to the 2nd round has to be a surprise yet.
the jury is out, we will see if he is actually nba worthy and how much in the future.
