Where would CP3 have gone if he declared for 2003 draft

He was rated 5th in his draft class according to RSCI for the 2003 high school class.

Would he have gone top 10 and if so who picks him?
I came here to do two things: get lost and slice **** up & I'm all out of directions.

He should have gone 1st in his draft, and other than Bogut, due to been a Center and his monstrous season, no one really had a case to go over him.
In 2003, coming out of HS, I think he would have been a late 1st at best, Travis Outlaw or Ndudi Ebi, especially Ebi, were highly rated and they went in the twenties.
