It depends, do you consider having good frame a tool?
Prince Ibeh has really elite tools, elite size, length, frame and explosiveness, but he also is freakishly unskilled lol.

Robert Carter seems to have some great skills for a big. He's not in great shape, but that could just mean he's undervalued.

I was right about 3 point shooting. I expect to be right about Tacko Fall. Some coach will figure out how to use Tacko Fall. This movement towards undersized centers will sweep ng back. Back to the basket scorers will return to the NBA.
