It really depends on the player. Some of them take longer than others, since a lot of times, it doesn't end up looking like the person after I'm done, so I start from scratch again. I'd say around 30 minutes per player? I just work on it when I need to fill time.
It doesn't really look that good with a full black background, but see if this is to your liking.
