If they made a miniature version of him I'd buy one for my son to snuggle to sleep at night (my son is 2).

I'm totally prepared to write the Knicks off. an injury-waiting-to-happen Amare and the Melo ego makes it likely.

But...lest we forget that Fatso Felton did a pretty nice job running their point before

Yes, he was a borderline allstar before, but that was with Coach D'Atoni and before Melo arrived.

Felton is still a smart player, and alongside Amare and Chandler I can see him putting up his standard numbers. I'm a fan.

Playing D'Antoni ball.

The Knicks went from Nash to Lin to Fat Felton and DWI Kidd in two weeks. The Nets went from giving up Lillard for a two month rental of Wallace to Wallace, Joe Johnson, DWill. Crazy swings over there.

Felton gets his quicks from his gut. He leans forwards and his added weight allows him to enter into a new gear.

Believe it or not Knicks actually improved at the point guard position this offseason... call him fat, lazy, whatever you want Felton is more proven and capable starter then Lin who is right now one of the most overpayed players in the league. People forget Felton put up 18ppg 9 assist just two season ago with the Knicks...

Not so sure about that. Felton was pretty bad in Portland...so much to the point that he was coming off the bench for a period of time last season. He looked a shell of his former NY-self. Let's just say this...a lot has changed since Felton last a Knick. First off...Felton had the ball in his hand a lot more his first time in NY and was very effective playing the pick and roll with Amare and in the 7 seconds or less offence. Now, the ball goes through Carmelo Anthony in Woodson's offence which consists mainly of isos. Too bad Felton is such a poor shooter because he could otherwise be a beneficiary of kick-outs and dead clock scenarios. In fact...neither Felton or Kidd can really hit a jumper anymore...so Felton is a pretty bad fit.

This is why Knicks signed Kidd and Felton

As long as felton and Kidd can take care of the ball, get Amare, Melo and Chandler the ball .. Knicks will be a better team then last year...
