Was TurboZone the one that created the gif of amare trying to punch a fire extinguisher while melo and chandler were holding him back? They were all wearing suits if i remember correctly.

I was hoping someone knows how to do the same face replacement technique. I'm assuming it was on After Effects? Any help would be very appreciated

Some quick tips for this...

- Yes, you'll need After Effects AND Photoshop for this one

- These videos take a lot longer than they look as you need to move each head (sometimes) every frame. Just something to keep in mind if one believes they can make a clip quickly.

- Long story short, you:

Find your clip and DL it

Convert it if necessary so After Effects can read it

Hunt for your pictures on Google Images

Erase around the heads (preferably with a soft brush around the neck or whatever)

If you have the skills, try and colour match the head to the clip

Save it as a .PSD on one layer with the rest of the layer transparent

Drag your video and any saved psd files into after effects

Drag all those assets down to your timeline

(watch some tutorials on Animating in AE)

Begin animating.

Sorry it's just the bare bones, but that is my general framework. Hope it helps and good luck with your short!
