Raptors Send: Jose Calderon, Andrea Bargnani, $2 million cash
Raptors Receive: Wilson Chandler, Avery Bradley, Brandon Bass, Future 1st

Lakers Send: Pau Gasol, Future 1st
Lakers Receive: Jose Calderon, Andrea Bargnani

Nuggets Send: Wilson Chandler
Nuggets Receive: Jeff Green

Celtics Send: Brandon Bass, Avery Bradley, Jeff Green
Celtics Receive: Pau Gasol

Thoughts?

Who gets the $2 million, and why is it there? Are you trying to use it to balance salaries to make it work under the CBA? If so, you can't do that.

Pau and Gordon to Raptors for Jose, Bargs, Kleiza, Ross
Jose, Ross to Pelicans for Gordon, Vasquez
Bargs, Vasquez and Kleiza to Lakers for Pau

Raptors get the best two talents in the trade. Unfortunately, they're both injured.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Lakers get: Bargnani, Calderon, Roy
Wolves get: Pau
Raptors get: Williams, Ridnour, Barea

Lakers get a PG and stretch 4 to play with Dwight. More mobile PF for D"Antoni's system. PG who can shoot open 3s when Kobe and Dwight get doubled.

Wolves get veteran C to play with Love. Pau's post game compliments Love's outside game.

Raptors get young SF/PF in Williams who needs a change of scenery. Hasn't played up to his potential but still early in career compared to Andrea. Also get capable backup PGs. Both better than JL3.

Could swap Roy with Ridnour/Barea if you want benefit of Roy's cap space when he retires....again.

How about a little Menage

NOH Out:
Gordon, Small salary filler(Smith or protected pick something..)

in
Jose and Wilson Chandler

NOH Saves loads of money.

Vasquez
Rivers
Chandler
Anderson
Davis

Denver in
Demar, Bargnani, Kleiza, Toronto 2nd

Out:
Iggy, Mozgov, 2013 first

Denver saves a little money but adds some solid scoring. gets a little younger in the move as well.

Lawson
Demar
Gallinari
Faried
Bargnani

Toronto out:
Demar, Jose, bargnani, Kleiza and second rounder

In
Gordon, Iggy, Smith, Mozgov, Pick from Denver

Toronto starts a better process with mix of youth and veterans. Start Ross and JV for rest of season and either we get a good pick or we start winning alot more but either way a new culture is gonna happen. Iggy and Lowry should work great together as neither can be a primary ball handler but can equally share.

Lowry/Lucas
Ross/Gordon/Anderson
Iggy/Pietrus/Fields
Amir/Davis/Smith
JV/Mozgov/Gray

Then depending on how rest of season goes, you can use Gordon as trade bait if Ross progresses nicely as his skill set should play well off of Iggy and Lowry.

To many treadmill moves imo. I honestly think the only answer is to blow it up again. Because IMO we didn't do a complete rebuild.

How about Bargs Davis Ross for Faried Chandler and some combination of Koufos/Mozgov/Brewer and some of their other young players/picks.

Faried being the big return for us here. Chandler hopefully working out as well

My favorite rebuild idea is sending out Bargnani and Ross for Cousins and Salmons. Then move Calderon, Klieza and Derozan for Eric Gordon and Austin Rivers. Cousins is a huge risk to take on, but maybe the Kings are desperate to unload Salmons and cut their losses with headcase Cousins. NO does this to shed salary of an star who doesn't want to be there, while saving face by getting semi-star Derozan.

Lowry/Rivers
Gordon/Fields
Fish/Peaches/AA
Amir/ED
Cousins/JV

Maybe some big egos, but at least talent would not be question mark.

I wouldn't mind a trade like this: Lowry and Bargs to Lakers for Gasol.

It would reunite Jose and Gasol. Meanwhile, Lowry hasn't clicke with the offense and is playing selfish basketball. Jose runs the offense better, and having Gasol would help mask his defense.

Would love to see a Faried-Jonas duo but the Nugget's are too impressed with him.

Cousins isn't going anywhere....it's Tyreke that seems to be on the way out.

Count me as one of the few that would rather have Gordon. I prefer a player that when he's there has an effect (EG) over a player that has none and is there everyday (DD).

Why are you guys keep making these trades where the Lakers end up with Bargnani?

Our gm made it clear he didn't want the Calderon/Bargnani/Kleiza for Gasol deal.

If you been keeping up with the news lately you would know that the Lakers are not trading Gasol till he plays with Nash. Both Kobe/Nash also want Gasol to stay a Laker,so he probably want get traded at all this season. He will be more valuable next year as a expiring contract.

THE LAKERS DON'T WANT BARGNANI IN ANY DEAL.

Raptors trade: Kyle Lowry + Kleiza + T Ross

Bucks trade: Brandon Jennings + Ilyasova

Would love to see a backcourt of Jennings and DeRozan.

I would actually welcome a deal of Lowry for Jennings straight up. I think Jennings is a better fit for us than Lowry. Lowry just thinks he's a superstar out there with a bunch of scrubs. Sure he's good, but his attitude is something that I see as a problem... maybe that's why he's had problems with McHale in Houston. He just thinks he's better than everyone else and seems to force up too many shots trying to do everything on his own.

I loved Lowry when we traded for him... but getting a first hand look... firstly, I dont think there's a chance he resigns with us, and secondly, I think his negative "I'm the best" attitude is a piss off for a team.... especially when he's never been an all-star. And to hear that during the team meeting - others criticized his selfishness - I'm not too far off on this view. Guys probably just dont enjoy playing with him too much, because they know he's going to try to do it by himself.

I would deal Lowry for Jennings in a heart beat. Sure Jennings shoots a lot, but he's also 3 years younger and he's led a mediocre team to the playoffs basically by himself. He's shown that he can distribute the ball well this season. He's a winner. He and DeRozan are good friends... that could be a great back court for our future.

I agree 100% with that you said. I'm really hoping this happens.
