Yes, it is unfortunate that 2 of our players have really good chemistry...

No, it unfortunate that Amir looks his best with Jose, when we all understand Jose has to leave the team.

Lowry needs to pickup his pick n roll game when he returns.

why?

I would welcome him back on a new shorter far less expensive deal.

great locker room guy, very solid, doesn't get flustered, works great with younger players, can hit his shoots consistanly, takes care of the ball, can start in a pinch.

Yeah thats a real **** type of guy to have on your team.

Good post!

I agree, if Jose was willing to take a pay cut to stay with us, lets say around 4mill/3years, and fine with being our backup, we would be lucky to retain him.

Honestly I think this is the best time to sell Jose Calderon. The guy actually put up all star numbers. Do it before it's too late. I'm okay with Lucas coming in to score.

I still think Lucas is solid if he is given Jose Calderon's minutes.

No, unfortunately Amir looks his best with both Bargnani and Kleiza spreading the floor.
When you look back at those pick and roll, they are mostly with Bargnani.
When you look back when he is with Davis, he takes long range jump shot with the paint being clogged.

Kleiza was getting his shots when his man rotate to guard Amir.

Indeed, we will be lucky to retain him. He may look at contending teams, and they can probably pay the same for his shootings.

There is probably a lack of urgency by other teams to offer up any substance for Jose. The trick will be for Jose to play at this kind of level right around the trading deadline. That could have a nice return for us.

If you want to trade him, trade him now if you can, don't wait and risk possibilities of injuries right before trade deadline.

He is the only one allowed to dribble for 20 seconds and then pass it off to whoever is open....hence that is why he has such a high assist rate
