The sooner Lowry comes back the better, but you have to admit Calderon is playing some of the best basketball in his career. Obviously his numbers will go down when Lowry is back, but I hope Calderon keeps this up.

Sunday football baby! Lets go Payton Manning!
Then you should probably refrain from making stupid posts. I'm not a big fan of Jose, but there's no doubt that he was very effective today with his passing. He could have had even more assists, if there were some better finishes inside.

With the way we're taking our time bringing Lowry back, I think the front office is using this as an opportunity to showcase Calderon for a trade. I have a feeling that's what's going on here. Calderon is showing everyone he's a capable starting PG and an excellent backup for a contending team (like the Lakers).

So you play unselfish basketball by passing the ball to the scorers who in turn make a shot, and that's now considered 'statpadding' because you thought he did 'nothing really special'. Not to even mention that his team won the game.
I don't want to say we're dysfunctional. But we need to be more functional.

If you didn't notice him today, you probably don't know how to watch a basketball game. Threads like this really expose agendas.
For shortsighted people, maybe. At the end of the day no one in their right mind can argue against the fact that a Calderon ran team isn't going anywhere significant. In a league filled with dynamic PGs, not even a 2006 Calderon is sufficient anymore. Once Lowry comes back, Calderon has to stick to a limited back pg role if this team wants any chance of crawling back to 500. I don't want to see any of that 2 pg shenanigans that we all had to witness at the beginning of the season. Some of you just don't get it. This is about basketball, not some personal agenda. If you want personal agenda, then stick to your teenybopper pop music....a genre in music that no longer has to do with music and everything to do with a pop stars image.

Calderon sure is a divisive personality around here. As a neutral observer, 18 assists sounds good, too bad he pounds the ball into oblivion every possession. At least that's what I've been told. Here are all the assists, good news, only a few of them are fraudulent.
