I see BC being fired by the end of the season. They will watch the team finish 9-10th and give up the pick to OKC and will eventually fire him just before the off-season.

I don't have a very credible source (my dad) but if someone heard the same thing then possibly they can back me up on this...

but he said he heard on the radio on the way home from work (I believe it was fan590) that there IS one guy in the board room with the new ownership that DOES know/care about the basketball side of things and supposedly has convinced the rest of the board (minus Tanenbaum I'm sure) that Colangelo needs to be on a short leash. They have given Casey free reign to do what he sees fit with this team (which implies that he wasn't before) and unless BC can pull a rabbit out of his a** and either get this team into the playoffs or set them up nicely for the future; he will be gone at the end of the season.

I've heard nothing but the opposite on here and was surprised no one else picked up on this (if it really was said on the fan by someone credible), my dad has no reason to make it up.

I hope this is true. I can't take anymore of Lyin' Bryan. Seeing him show his mug on TV yesterday when we were up by 20 was frustrating.

That's the biggest problem with him, just like Andrea he has this tunnel vision where he decides what he wants to do, and attempts to do it rather than seeing any other options.

I remember when we traded for Jermaine O'Neal, we finally had a guy to play alongside Bosh that would make up for his lack of size... a true Centre. Compare how much of a chance he gave that to work, with how many years he's spent trying to get Bargnani to work as a guy that the offense is built around...

If BC can sell he will continue to work for MLSE. Shameless promotion can't be taught to just anyone there is a process, plus a plan and they are sticking to it by sticking it to us long term.
