Easily one of, if not, the most dysfunctional and underachieving team this year.

I think LA is clearly the most underachieving team this year. They're stacked - Kobe's at a high level, Dwight's the best big (arguably now) in the game, Pau & Nash played at a very high level last year. Sure, they may turn it around, but it's a lot more shocking that the Lakers are 9-14.

Cleveland seems like a playoff team if everyone would just stay healthy, but conveniently their main players keep getting injured. I think they're tanking *shrugs*

I think it depends on what you think is worse: Team A with an ugly roster playing poorly... or Team B with a sliiiiiiiiiiiightly better looking roster but playing just as poorly as Team A.

Toronto's in that Team B category for me, sliiiiiiiiightly above Team A Washington (especially without Wall), Irving-less Cleveland, and Davis-less New Orleans (injuries). Sacramento, Detroit, and Charlotte may be in either/or. The fact that Toronto is playing as poorly as Wall-less Washington, Irving-less Cleveland, and Davis-less New Orleans might just make them the worst team in the league *shrugs*.
